Black Truffle Mashed Potatoes

• 4 pounds small to medium-sized potatoes, peeled

• 1 tablespoon butter

• 1/8 teaspoon black truffle oil

• pinch of salt

• black truffle

Начин на приготвяне:

• Bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat. Add the potatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Remove and drain. Chop into smaller chunks and place into a ricer or food mill and purée.

• Gently stir in the butter and drizzle the black truffle oil on top. Add a pinch of salt and black truffle shavings gently stir again to blend well. Serve and enjoy!
